Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Anchorbelievers, Lda (NIPC 514 673 249), Praceta Jornal Praia do Sol, 17 — 5C, 2825-346 Costa da Caparica, Portugal. Anchorbelievers is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
For any question about your personal data, please contact us at info@anchorbelievers.pt.
2. What data we collect
This is a portfolio website. We do not sell anything online and you do not need to create an account. We only collect personal data when you choose to contact us:
- By email or telephone: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Anonymised statistics about how the site is visited, such as pages viewed and type of device, provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors.
3. Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one and, if a contract follows, to carry out the project. The legal basis is your request and the steps needed before or during a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent and we never sell it.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 2 years. Project and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Portuguese law.
5. Who we share it with
Your data is only shared with service providers that help us run the website and our email (Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting and anonymised statistics, and our email provider), and, when a project goes ahead, with consultants and authorities strictly as needed for that project. All of them are bound to keep it confidential.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not load third-party content, so no cookie banner is needed. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security, which do not require consent.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To do so, write to info@anchorbelievers.pt. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown below.
